ICCI-The Institute is dedicated to the training and guidance of future teachers and school leaders in creating educational settings that cultivate intellect, character and creativity for children in a variety of settings. The Institute trains teachers in the Arbor educational philosophy through a two-year apprenticeship program. Working directly with Arbor's experienced teachers and supervisors, apprentices combine paid, full-time classroom work with a thorough study of educational ideas and practices.
